We respect and are committed towards protecting your privacy. Publishing, selling or renting any personal data or information to any third party, without your consent, is against our ethics. By using this app you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this app, and promptly delete this from your device.

This privacy policy does not apply to apps or web sites maintained by other companies or organizations to which we link and we are not responsible for any personal information you submit to third parties that you visit/install. Please ensure that you read the privacy policy of such other companies or organizations before submitting your details there.

This privacy policy describes the information, as part of the normal operation of our services, we collect from you and what may happen to that information. This policy is inter alia formulated and displayed, to inform you about our information collection/retention policies and practices so that you can make an informed decision, in relation to the sharing of your personal information with us.

By accepting this privacy policy you give your consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy. This privacy policy is effective upon login to this app.

We agree that we will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. From time to time, we may reveal general statistical information about our app usage, such as number of users, number and type of services purchased, usage of these services, etc. Only those of our employees who need access to your information in order to perform their duties, are allowed such access. Any employee who violates our privacy and/or security policies is subjected to disciplinary action, including possible termination and civil and/or criminal prosecution.

Your Personal Information is used for two general purposes: to contact you, and to provide you with services. Unless otherwise stated explicitly, this policy applies to personal information as disclosed through the app. In furtherance of the confidentiality with which we treat Personal Information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. We use data collection devices such as device information, clicks, navigations etc., to help and analyse usage patterns, app usage, flow, measure promotional effectiveness, and to promote trust and safety.

You acknowledge that you are disclosing Personal Information voluntarily. We also identify and use your device data to help diagnose problems with our app.

Phone number: This is the primary and only way to login to the app. You are uniquely identified by your phone number, and this is the only mandatory information you need to provide. All other information, described below, is optional.

We do not share your phone number with any third party, nor will we ever contact you for any purpose other than the use of this app. For example we may send an SMS or WhatsApp purely to remind you to renew your subscription or to update you on a service request you made or to inform you of new app updates or features. You may unsubscribe from both SMS and WhatsApp messages anytime, by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the messages.

Name, gender, age and other personal information we seek is completely optional. This data can help us make suggestions on relevant content based on this data. This data is not shared with any third party, and is used by our developers in an aggregated, anonymous way.

Your email ID can help us reassign your account to a new phone number if you ever change your phone number. We use emails to send invoices or receipts for in-app purchases and other app updates. We do not send any other mail nor sell, rent or inform third parties of your mail ID. Without your email ID the process to reassign your account to a new phone number is possible, but can take an extended amount of time, as this will need to be managed by human assistants, and can involve a service fee.

We do not ask for or collect any other information like location, other apps in use, files or sensor data. When uploading your profile photo, we may ask permission to access the pictures folder on your device, and you should allow this “Only This Time”. A profile picture is not mandatory to use the app, and it only helps in personalization.

We are bound by the law when it comes to data privacy. In case we are compelled by a competent court of law to make available your personal data, we shall be bound to do so. We shall promptly notify you of such judicial orders, or as part of discovery in a suit, and give you as much time as practically possible to enable you to defend yourself in relation to your personal data.

We are also bound by data retention policies that are imposed on us under law. That said, you can make a request in-app to delete your account and all personal information. Data will be deleted from the primary servers within 14 days, while data in backups will be retained as per extant laws.

Aggregated, anonymous data can, and does, get shared with our developers and development partners across the world.
